Consultation
Start with an assessment.
Tell us about the athlete and your timeline. We respond within one business day and build the plan around real baseline numbers.
One business day
We reply fast during combine season, because your calendar is tight.
Baseline first
Force plate, laser timing, and GPS testing before any programming.
No pressure
A real conversation about fit and timeline. Not a sales call.
What the consultation actually is
Roughly half an hour, in person at the Tampa facility or over the phone if you are out of state. We want to know the sport, the position, the date you are training toward, what you are currently able to do, and anything your body has been through. Bring existing testing numbers if you have them.
You leave knowing which program fits, what the schedule would look like, and what it costs. If the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, or the timeline does not work, we will say so.
There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation attached to it.
Before you book
- Do I need to be an athlete?
- No. Adult memberships are open to all training levels, and plenty of people book a consultation without a sport attached.
- How old do I have to be?
- Thirteen, across every program. For anyone under 18 a parent or guardian should book and attend.
- Do you take athletes from out of state?
- Yes. Combine athletes relocate to Tampa for their block, with housing and daily meals included in Operation 53.
- Can my agent be involved?
- Yes. Agents get credentialed portal access to their own athlete's weekly testing data once training starts.
