FlagshipNFL Combine Program
Operation 53
The flagship NFL Combine preparation program. A complete, data-driven build covering the 40, position drills, testing, recovery, nutrition, interview prep, and the mindset to perform when it counts. Built by a coach who has taken athletes through this exact process to the NFL.

Choosing
Which one is yours?
Programs are separated by where you are, not by how much you want to spend. Find your situation below.
You have a combine or pro day on the calendar
You need one peak, on one day, and everything reverse-engineered from it. Operation 53 is the 8-week block for that: testing, position work, medical, mental performance, housing, and meals, capped at 12 prospects so nobody shares a coach.
Operation 53You are already playing professionally
Your constraint is the season, not the calendar. Pro development is built around your competition schedule, your medical history, and the specific qualities your position is losing or needs to hold through the year.
Pro athlete developmentYou are in high school or younger
Training age matters more than birth year. Youth and high school development starts with movement quality and a real strength base, then adds speed work once the foundation can hold it. Minimum age is 13.
Youth & high schoolYou want to train seriously without a sport to peak for
Adult memberships give you the same floor, the same equipment, and the same coaching standard the athletes get, on your own schedule. All training levels, including beginners.
Adult membershipsYou want to hit something
Coached boxing from complete beginner up. Footwork, hand speed, rotational power, and round-based conditioning. Works as a sport on its own and as cross-training for athletes who need a different kind of engine.
BoxingYou are bringing a team or a group
Team training is built around your season, your roster size, and your travel. It can run at the Tampa facility or be structured as a program your staff delivers, with our testing standards attached.
Team trainingThe method
What every program has in common.
Different goals, same operating system. These four do not change between an NFL prospect and a 14-year-old sophomore.
01
Baseline first
Nothing is programmed before you are tested. Your starting numbers become the comparison point, so progress is measured against you rather than against an age-group average.
02
Measured, not estimated
Sprints on electronic timing gates, jumps on force plates, top speed on GPS. A handheld stopwatch runs optimistic, which is the difference between a good 40 and a great one.
03
One peak, planned
Strength work tapers as speed work ramps so the athlete arrives sharp on the date that matters, instead of being at their best three weeks early in a session nobody scouted.
04
Retested, then adjusted
Testing repeats through the block. If a quality is not moving, the programming changes rather than the athlete being told to work harder.
Published outcomes from this approach, athlete by athlete with both the before and after number shown, are on the results page. Questions about eligibility, ages, and what a block involves are answered on the FAQ.
